Let’s talk about today’s guest. We have Khushboo from Techies Infotech VP of Marketing with them. how you doing today, Kushboo?

Khushboo Byala: Yeah, thank you, Ren. Still, thank you for having me here and I’m doing both. Thank you. And how are you?

Ernesto: I’m doing great. Thank you so much for asking. And well, I’m sure our listeners are tuning in and wondering what Techies Infotech is all about. So, let’s kick it off with that. In your own words, can you tell us a little bit more?

Khushboo Byala: Yeah, sure. Okay. So Techies Infotech is one of the leading IT solution providers which was founded back in 2012. And after that, over the years we have developed strong digital presence in north american market and Middle east and north african market. So these are the two markets that we teach into and right from providing digital marketing solutions, SEO to developing services for websites, software, mobile apps, e commerce, Shopify UI, its design, we do it all. Basically we are an IT company, so we do, everything is unique. And also we have strong alliances with leading partners like Adobe Shopify, HubSpot and more. These are just two names to you. So we are catering to various industries, going to our services, the multitude of our services.

Ernesto: Awesome. So then, so that way our listeners can get a good understanding of your company, coachbook. so what would you say is the key problems that you solve for clients?

Khushboo Byala: Okay, so basically through our services for digital marketing or maybe development services for website, we are basically filling the tech gap for the companies that lies between their position at the present and the business objectives they’re trying to achieve. So these services basically enhance a person’s businesses online visibility and scalability so that they can make the best out of the digital world we are living in. I mean, acquire more clients through their websites and even our digital marketing solutions. So we have also served many clients, many brands, and have also helped them enhance their visibility and also be among the top rankers on all the search engines. So that’s owing to our services that we’re offering as of now.

Ernesto: Okay, awesome. So then, I mean, you were mentioning some of your clients, but is there a vertical segment that you guys like to go for? Is there an ideal ICP there for, Peggy’s?

Khushboo Byala: Yeah. So basically, as I mentioned, that we are only serving a multitude of clients. So they come from various industries like retail, real estate, healthcare, beauty, wellness, then Solar energy. And even we have solved multiple government departments back in, MEna region also as well as in India. So even in North America market, we are targeting to cater to different verticals of the clients that we are addressing right now. So we are expanding our horizon. And, it’s not an exhaustive list of the clients that we are serving. So there are many others, but these are just to name a few of them. Okay, perfect.

Ernesto: Awesome. And, well, so that way, our listeners are tuning in here. How would somebody usually find out about techies infotech? Is there a top client acquisition channel for you guys?

Khushboo Byala: Yeah, so currently I, would talk about the most, you know, the majority of clients that are coming to us are through client references. So as I, talk about professionalism and expertise. So whatever work we are doing right now, we are getting so many reference from our current plans. But definitely initially we started from our website. So our website is again a very good source from where we started generating needs. And even till now, we generate needs on a daily basis. And luckily we are having a good team that is efficient enough to cater to those needs, answer them back in a timely manner and convert them, you know, with our services and whatever testimonials that we carry with our website.

Khushboo Byala: any website, any business website is a powerhouse. And because since it is a source where your clients come and check your services out, so a good website, you know, if I talk about our website, so we have a clear value proposition that we offer to the clients, then the navigation is very easy, people can come and find out about our services in a very efficient manner, then good content. Mobile performance optimization is again a very important factor which make a website strong enough to stand apart from its route. And then if you talk about call to action testimonials, display. So these are the factors that make a website highly attractive and help business m owners in acquiring more and more chains.

Ernesto: Awesome. Great. And is. So is there anything that you would recommend then to our listeners as far as some tips or methods for some website lead generation?

Khushboo Byala: Yeah, definitely. if a person is eyeing to make a highly converting website, then they must make use of the local SEO, make their website mobile optimized, track the analytics in a manner that is clear to them and so that they can see how their efforts are performing in what results it is bringing. Then also keeping a track of the competitors performance, how their, websites are performing and even conducting ev testing to check what works for them and what doesn’t work. So again, it’s not an exhaustive list if we have to talk about it. It’s an endless topic, but yeah, definitely. Just to summarize, these are the factors that they must consider while creating a website.

Ernesto: Definitely. All right, awesome to hear that from you. Now, let’s switch gears a little bit then, khushboo, and let’s talk about you as the leader, you being the vp of marketing there. For techies, infoteche, what are some key tasks you focus on your day to day work?

Khushboo Byala: Okay, so if I talk about the key tasks. So every member of tech is inputtech. We perform in a manner that is working towards customer divide. And as far as my role is concerned, edtech is infotech. So I am taking care of the marketing and networking. So networking in any form, be it online or apply, then I am also optimizing the marketing campaigns, maintaining brand positioning and even aligning our campaigns with the business objectives so that we are in alignment that our, business objectives and whatever campaigns we are running, they are, you know, complementing each other. So it’s all about networking and marketing for my role.

Ernesto: Definitely. That’s important. Well, let’s jump into our next section here, kushboo, which is our rapid fire question rounds. Are you ready for them?

Khushboo Byala: Yes. Awesome.

Ernesto: all right, first off, Khooshpu, what is the last book that you read?

Khushboo Byala: I won’t talk about the last book, but I would talk about the current book that I’m reading right now, it’s the Alchemist. it’s a book on how you can determine what’s your life’s purpose and how you can achieve your objectives in life. And yeah, this is something we all do on a daily basis. You, me and our listeners as well. So the book is highly recommended from my end, and it definitely gives clarity to the readers on how to achieve their objectives and lies.

Ernesto: Definitely. All right, great read there for me. Next, is so you guys have this alliance with partnerships with Adobe and Shopify. So what’s the next step there for techies infotech? What is one single thing that the company is focused on at the moment.

Khushboo Byala: The most, the company since its inception, we have always been focused on giving the best to our clients, and these alliances help us stand apart from the crowd and make us a trusted partner in the eyes of the clients because these partnerships aren’t an average partnership and we always have, you know, challenged ourselves to become better from the previous year, and we have added many services to our bucket of services. So the next target would be, you know, to use this alliances and give the best services to the clients and whatever form they’re seeking. Related lighting.

Ernesto: All right, awesome to hear that from you guys. Now, Khushbu, if there would be no boundaries in technology, what would be that one thing that you want to have fixed for your role as a marketer today?

Khushboo Byala: given no boundaries, I would like to, strike a perfect balance between user privacy and personalization, because these days we are focusing on personalization, but then there is a threat to users privacy and information being leaked and being misused by the outside world. So I would like to have some data protection measures so where we can protect the customers information and keep it confidentially under the wrap so that it isn’t misused. And, this, the measure should be strong enough to, so that even it doesn’t affect our reputation and also keeps the customer safe on any leak of personal information.

Ernesto: All right, awesome. And, well, lastly, Khushboo, what is one piece of advice that you would give yourself if you were to restart your journey as a marketer today?

Khushboo Byala: Okay. Yeah, that’s a good question. Yeah, if I have to restart my journey as a marketer, or maybe if I have to advise a person who is about to start his marketing journey. So I have two pieces of advice for them. One is be a go getter. The second is stay curious. now why wetter? Because if you are not determined enough to achieve your goals or whatever you’re doing, so the solutions are never gonna come to you, they’ll never walk towards you or be just present in front of you. So you have to be there out, throw yourself in difficult situations and find solutions to and whatever best you can do in such situations. And if I talk about curiosity. So curiosity is something that should always keep you awake. You should be out there and asking questions, clarifying your doubts. Because if you’re starting something without clarifying your doubts, you know, maybe you are not giving your full efforts into that. So don’t shy away from asking questions, be from your colleagues or be from your clients before starting a project. So that will give you more clarity and strong ground to start something new you are about to begin in your life.
