Let’s talk about today’s guest. We have Viktoriia from Aleph, senior client solutions with them. How are you doing today, Viktoriia?
Viktoriia Svyrydiuk: Hi. Hi.
Ernesto: It’s great to have you on, Viktoriia. And well, I’m sure our listeners are tuning in, wondering what Httpool is all about. So, in your own words, can you tell us a little bit more?
Viktoriia: Yeah, sure. To give a bigger idea of the company I’m working in, we represent the leading digital media platforms across the globe in 50+ countries. Httpool is the official reseller of the main social platforms like Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, etc., and we work with products and agencies together in those 50+ countries.
Ernesto: Definitely. Okay, nice. And so then, so our listeners who are tuned in, Viktoriia, can get a good understanding there of Aleph Group. What would you say is the key problem that you guys like to solve for your clients?
Viktoriia: Mainly, it’s the services we provide for advertising, specifically user acquisition for different types of verticals and platforms, as well as awareness activities for bigger brands. You can check out our website for case studies—they are definitely big.
Ernesto: Definitely. Okay, awesome. Great to see that. And is there a certain vertical segment? Is there an ideal ICP that Aleph Group likes to go for?
Viktoriia: In my division specifically, we deal with web products, apps, games, e-commerce, and various awareness activities. That’s the main domain of what we do.
Ernesto: Okay, perfect. I’d love to hear that. So then, how would somebody usually find out about Httpool? Is there a top client acquisition channel for you guys?
Viktoriia: I’d say that word of mouth is a major channel, along with connections through our sales team and attendance at conferences. Those are the three biggest acquisition strategies.
Ernesto: Great to hear that. So that way, our listeners who are tuned in can go and visit you. They could always check you out at alephholding.com. What role does the website play for client acquisitions?
Viktoriia: I’d say it has more of an introductory role. It doesn’t perform as a sales or marketing acquisition channel but gives an idea of what the company is about. To contact us, it’s better to go through the sales team or directly to a company representative.
Ernesto: Great to hear that. On that note, is there any tool or method you’d recommend to our listeners for website lead generation?
Viktoriia: That really depends on the type of product. For example, in e-commerce, which relies heavily on developers or marketplace builders like Shopify, it’s better to integrate performance-based marketing activities. It really depends on the level of requests you have for the website.
Ernesto: Great advice there. Let’s switch gears a little bit, Viktoriia, and talk about you as a leader. As the senior client solutions specialist at Aleph Group, what are some key tasks you focus on in your day-to-day work?
Viktoriia: My day-to-day involves activity checks for clients since we manage a portfolio. I handle proactive monitoring of campaigns and activities to ensure everything runs smoothly. I also create reports, hold meetings—usually weekly or bi-weekly strategy and planning sessions—and spend time on creative inspiration to develop strategies tailored to each client.
Ernesto: Perfect, great to hear that. In your free time, how do you stay up to date with trends in the marketing world, like strategies and news? Is there a preferred channel you rely on?
Viktoriia: I’d say LinkedIn communities and specific platform blogs are key for updates. Also, practice is essential—learning and applying knowledge every day is the best way to stay sharp.
Ernesto: Perfect. Great to hear that. Let’s jump into our next section then, Viktoriia, which is our rapid-fire question round. Are you ready?
Viktoriia: Yeah, go ahead.
Ernesto: First off, what’s the last book you read?
Viktoriia: I don’t read a lot of professional material apart from posts and articles, but the last book I read was Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmis. It’s pretty fresh and quite popular right now.
Ernesto: Great read for our listeners. Next up, what is the single thing your company is focused on most at the moment?
Viktoriia: Automation—making jobs more fluent. AI and machine learning are definitely at the forefront of what everyone is focusing on.
Ernesto: If there were no boundaries in technology, what’s the one thing you’d want fixed for your role as a marketer today?
Viktoriia: Fully integrated real-time customer data insights. With today’s user privacy concerns, it’s tough, but having granular, real-time insights would be invaluable to adapt quickly to dynamic customer behaviors.
Ernesto: On that note, if there’s one repetitive task you could automate, what would it be?
Viktoriia: Real-time reporting. Tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau are great for this, and I’d make sure every client and product had it set up.
Ernesto: Lastly, what’s one piece of advice you’d give yourself if you were restarting your journey as a marketer today?
Viktoriia: Embrace data-driven decision-making—it’ll take you places. Also, improve communication skills—they’re crucial, especially in a consultant role.
Ernesto: Great advice for our listeners. We’re coming to the end of our time, but before we wrap up, Viktoriia, what’s the one thing people should remember about Aleph Group?
Viktoriia: If you’re looking for growth and have a multi-channel product strategy, our company can help you expand your journey.
Ernesto: Awesome. Viktoriia, thank you so much for being on with us today. To our listeners, thank you for tuning in, and I look forward to our next episode on Pathmonk Presents. Thanks, Viktoriia.
Viktoriia: Thanks, Ernesto. It was nice talking to you today.
Ernesto: Likewise.
Viktoriia: Thanks.
